What is intenSati?

A practice for your body, heart and mind. 
It is a program that trains you inside and out so that you have the will power, courage, grace, passion, discipline and awareness to live a life you love in a body you love by the constant practice of choosing how to move, think and be. Training all aspects of you so that you can see that you can, you are able, you do count and you are strong!  It can transform the way you see yourself and others see you. You will develop inner power and outer grace.  It is not a program for everyone  but for anyone who is ready to train body, heart and mind, with passion.

Active Meditation
The practice of intenSati is combining exercises for the body as well as exercises for the mind, or active meditation. When the mind remains on one thought or object, then you acquire incredible power over the object that you are meditating upon which in this case is your body and your life.

These workouts are a series of simple yet invigorating and challenging exercises combined with yoga mudras, powerful declarations and affirmations that train your body, discipline your mind and open your heart.  This practice builds physical strength and endurance, connects you to your inner power and reshapes your vision of what is really possible for yourself and your life when you connect the body, mind and heart.

Tried everything? The problem is not the workout.
Perhaps you have tried every workout out there.  You have done hot yoga,  slow yoga,  kick boxing, spinning, pilates in search of the workout program that will finally give you the body you desire.  I have something to tell you.  The problem is not the workout.  Stop.  Read that again. The problem is NOT the workout.  The problem is the way you are thinking.  Every action you  take is a function of what your mind is saying.  If you continue to think what you have always thought you will continue to get what you always got.

One of the most important distinguishing practices of this revolutionary workout is the combining of meditations, declarations and affirmations with physical movement.  We actually use the body to give power to the affirmations and the declarations and the affirmations and declarations give power to the body.  It is a complete integration of heart, body and mind and the result is a transformation of your life and your body so that it reflects your grandest vision of yourself and your life.At the end of every workout we end with a meditation that guides you through seeing, feeling and knowing your goal with intensity and envisioning it as if it has already happened.  By having a clear vision of what you want and imagining it fully in the present and giving it up to a higher power you set your life in the direction of your grandest dreams instead of your biggest fears.  Most people live in a state of fear and worry, the fear of not making it, not about being enough, failing.  Worrying is praying for what you don’t want to happen, so by intentionally creating visualizations of what you want, you will begin to manifest the life and the body of your desires. 


The intenSati Training Includes:

BODY
The Exercises that build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.  They are a combination of yoga, martial arts, dance and low impact movement.  The exercises are simple enough for anyone to follow and as challenging as you are willing to make them.

MIND
Affirmations or declarations train the mind and increase, discipline, willpower, focus and expanded awareness in order to get rid of limiting beliefs and limited self -awareness.  These affirmations and declarations are key in creating empowering thought patterns that lead to transformational results. Affirmations are another form of meditation.  “Repeated affirmations will replace your old negative and limited thoughts with new, positive and unlimited thoughts.  As you say or think these affirmations more and more you can create  new patterns of action.  A thought leads to an intention, which gives rise to an action . An action determines your success or failure.  Affirmations speak to the logical mind and reprogram your thinking towards success. “Siva Baba”

HEART
Meditations to help you develop a clear vision of your deepest desire, your purpose, your passion.  “As your desire, so is your will, as your will so is your deed,  as your deed so is your destiny.” (Upanishads IV) This is a practice of connecting to your heart and getting to know yourself fully. 

In Sanskrit, the word for meditation means thinking deeply. It is a mental exercise that has the ability to increase your mind-power. When the mind remains on one thought or object for an extended period of time you acquire great power over the object you are meditating upon.
