Only 10 more days in LA. I am loving it here. I am happy to say that i am getting great response from people here.

Last night I walked into Equinox in Westwood. A beautiful gym. I was taking the place of a very popular teacher, Sergio. They love Sergio. Everyone sings his praises so I wasn't surprised when his students walked into the room and were disappointed to see me when expecting to see him. They began to pull out their weights and steps and became even more unsure if they wanted to stay when I said we wouldn't be using any equipment.

Although you never know how it is going to actually turn out I LOVE it when a room full of people who frankly wish you weren't there suddenly begin to loosen up and you can see them changing their mind. I love it.

I am in LA and loving the warm weather and the people! Today my big challenge is renting a car and driving from West Hollywood to Palos Verdes Equinox. Thank goodness for GPS!

Last night I went to Agape international and heard Michael Beckwith speak. It was so inspiring and the community was welcoming and loving. First night in Century city was so packed Equinox was overwhelmed. They said they never had a class that large in their Century city location...ever!. The room was packed with lovely people who were excited to try the workout for the first time. One woman told me she flew from Boston to be here the whole month while I am here. She has a daughter here as well so I got to meet them both! It was so exciting to have a room full of people so excited to take class and participate fully in chanting the affirmations. It kicked off my LA tour on a very high note. Just like NYC, every location is different so let's see what tonight brings. We have 60 warrior challengers, people who have committed to taking at least 12 classes while I am here so I am hoping quite a few of them show up tonight! I'll let you know how it goes!
