Musicality

What is musicality?
intenSati™ is a music-based class, meaning all moves go with the beat of the music. You must have a fundamental and functional knowledge of:

1. Music phrasing
2. Keeping the movements in sync with the rhythm of the music
3. Cueing and breakdown techniques

You must master musicality in order to graduate from the program and become a certified intenSati leader.

Music phrasing
There are 32 counts per phrase. You must be able to identify the first count of the phrase.

Cueing
An intenSati leader must understand and perform basic cueing techniques, the technique of breaking down a series so that students can perform the movements safely, effectively and with ease.
